- What is Autumn Moot?
- Autumn Moot is an annual social camp for Rover Scouts that happens the last weekend of April. Rovers camp together, socialize, complete a service project among many other activities throughout the weekend.
- Autumn Moot is hosted at Camp Byng (2139 Lower Rd, Roberts Creek, BC V0N 2W6). On property, the event is specifically located at the Haida lodge on lower byng.
- Registration is $60 payable to the camp registrar on arrival. Unfortunately, Autumn Moot does not accept cheques.
- The camp is easily accessible by both car and city bus. There is a public bus that meets every ferry from Langdale and runs right to the front gate of Camp Byng. Sunshine Coast route #1 (https://www.bctransit.com/sunshine-coast/home)

- To attend Autumn Moot, you must be between the ages of 18-26 years old. Those under 18 will not be permitted at the event.
- Option 1: Sleep in a cabin among other participants. Sleeping bag and pillow is the only thing required.
- Option 2: Bring your own tent and tent in the field for the weekend.
- We have a cook at camp who will provide all food and snacks throughout the weekend including those who have dietary restrictions. You do not need to bring any food or cooking supplies for the weekend. However, please bring your mess kit.
- Autumn Moot is full of a variety of activities, some of which include:

- Archery
- Wide Game

- Most Rovers attend moot as an individual, however groups are also more than welcome! If you are in need of a buddy to give you the courage to come please do not hesitate to contact us.
- At the very minimum, campers are required to bring:
- Sleeping bag
- Pillow
- Personal Clothing and Toiletries
- Work gloves (for service project)
- Mess Kit
- Registration fee
